Züblin Development GmbH purchased a 4,500 m² plot in "Airport City" to erect an office and institute building. The design of the interior areas as well as that of the three-wing building is top quality and very impressive. The well-planned ambience features state of the art air-conditioning technology and generous outdoor areas.
 

Construction started at the end of 2006; completion of the five-story office building with 5,700 m² of floor space was in December 2007. Every floor has two rental units that can be subdivided according to the needs of the individual tenants. In addition, 106 additional parking spots increase the level of comfort at this building.


Even before construction was underway, the first tenant, the X-ray and high-tech medical institute Radprax had signed a long-term lease for some 2,200 m² (4th and 5th floors). Radprax operates an extremely modern diagnostics clinic for circulatory and vascular diseases and cancer.
